Causes Behind Forgery Of Ahaadeeth

بـسـم الله والحـمـد لله والـصلاة والـسـلام عــلى رسـول الله، وبـعـد

Several causes have been attributed to the two kinds of forgeries, the intentional and the unintentional. In what follows we shall discuss the intentionally forged Ahaadeeth.

{Those to whom We gave the Book recite it as it should be recited}

بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله ، وبعد

الَّذِينَ آتَيْنَـهُمُ الْكِتَـبَ يَتْلُونَهُ حَقَّ تِلاَوَتِهِ

Imaam Ibn Katheer رحمه الله said:
